Play it in compositor to recheck it. Right click on the clip on timeline click on attach effect. Search ReframeRT effect click on it and click on ok button. Click on show controls icon / right click on effect click on show. Select strech option and change output frames rate to 2 Close the dialog box. Some part of the video will get hidden to bring it back just drag the right side till video finishes.
