Import the media which you want to use
Drag and drop it on timeline
On the left side click on content library
In search box type lower thirds click on overlays click on see all.
Click on add to timeline or drag and rop one of them on timeline.
In preivew window drag the cornerse of the image to change it's size.
If you want you can change the speed of it.
Add text on timeline and drag and drop it on lower third area in preivew window.
Edit the text as you want it.
